The Human Resources Manager –Employee Compliance and Training is a hands-on administrator responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the full-range of comprehensive employment compliance, diversity and equity programs. Incumbent functions as the University’s Compliance Officer for Affirmative Action, Title VII, FEHA, ADA/Section 504, the Conflict of Interest Code, and applicable CSU Executive Orders and for coordination and delivery of training programs on employment diversity and nondiscrimination, and general professional development topics.
This position is an opportunity for the successful candidate to build a robust employment diversity and non-discrimination program and to work closely with campus department managers to obtain a highly qualified, diverse workforce.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned human resources professional with public sector experience, a strong background in recruitment and selection, and administrative experience in diversity and equity programs. As a growing university, we seek a self-starter and excellent communicator with the ability to work in both individually and in collaborative environments.

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
